A daily route contract is a standing agreement to move your students every school day for an agreed term. It is a different product from a charter booking, and it is priced and planned differently.
What is included
The quoted rate covers the vehicles, the drivers, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and the compliance work behind all of it, licensing, DOT certification, inspections, and driver records. There is no separate mileage bill and no fuel surcharge appearing mid-term.
How the term works
Annual contracts run with the school year. Multi-year terms hold your rate across the whole agreement and let us assign specific drivers and vehicles to your routes, which is what makes the same-driver-every-morning consistency possible.
How we get to a number
Send us your bell times and your route list, or just your enrollment and catchment if the routes are not planned yet. We build a route plan, size the vehicles to it, and give you a written proposal covering exactly which buses, how many drivers, and what it costs for the term. The assessment is free, and the plan is yours whether or not you contract with us.
Who this is for
Public districts, charter schools, and private schools, full coverage or a subset of routes. If you need a bus for a single trip rather than every school day, that is a charter, not a route contract.

What is the difference between a route contract and a charter?
A route contract is standing daily service for a school term at a contracted rate. A charter is a single booking for one trip. Different pricing, different planning, different paperwork.
Does the price change during the term?
No. The quoted rate holds for the contracted term. That predictability is the main reason schools contract rather than charter route-by-route.
How long does it take to get a proposal?
Usually within a week of receiving your bell times and route list. Complex multi-campus plans take a little longer.
