School Transportation
Charter Schools
Route service scaled to your enrollment, without buying a fleet, hiring drivers, or taking on the maintenance.
- No capital outlay Transportation becomes an operating line, not a fleet purchase and a maintenance shop.
- Scales with enrollment Add or drop capacity between terms as your numbers move. You are not stuck with buses you no longer fill.
- Compliance handled Licensing, DOT certification, inspections, and driver records are ours to maintain and document.
Charter schools face a transportation problem that traditional districts do not: enrollment can move meaningfully year to year, and buying a fleet against an uncertain number is a difficult bet. Buses are a capital purchase, drivers are a hiring and compliance burden, and maintenance is a shop you have to run.
Contracting the service instead turns all of that into a single predictable line in the budget. We supply the vehicles, the drivers, the insurance, and the maintenance, you tell us where students need to be and when.
Sized to your actual enrollment
We plan routes against the students you have, not a rounded-up estimate. If you grow, we add capacity at the next term. If a route stops making sense, we drop it. The point is that your transportation cost tracks your enrollment instead of your fleet purchase from three years ago.
The same standard as any district route
Charter school families are making an active choice to send their child to you, and the bus is often the first part of your school they see each morning. Every driver is licensed, DOT certified, and background-checked. Every bus carries seat belts, air conditioning, and onboard recording.
Common questions
We are a single-campus school. Is that too small?
No. Single-campus charter schools are a common fit, often two or three routes. Tell us your enrollment and catchment and we will tell you what it takes to cover it.
Can we start mid-year?
Sometimes, depending on fleet and driver availability. Mid-year starts are easier for a small number of routes than for full coverage.
What happens if enrollment drops?
We rework the route plan at the term boundary. That flexibility is most of the reason to contract rather than own.
