Not every school trip needs a route contract. Field trips, competitions, and away games are one-off bookings, and this is the page for those.
We move classes to museums and state parks, teams to away games, bands and choirs to competitions, and clubs to whatever is on the calendar. For a single trip you book the bus, we assign a driver, and that is the whole arrangement.
Which bus for a trip
For a class or a single team, the conventional school bus is usually the most economical. For a full grade level or a squad travelling with equipment, the transit school bus carries the most passengers in one vehicle. For longer journeys where students need to arrive rested, or where there is real luggage, the charter bus has reclining seats and luggage bays underneath.

Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, particularly in spring when field trip and athletics seasons overlap. Short-notice trips are worth calling about, availability moves.
Can the driver stay with us for the day?
Yes. For most day trips the driver stays with the group and handles the return leg. Longer itineraries are quoted per trip.
Do you carry equipment for away games?
The motorcoach has under-floor luggage bays sized for kit bags and equipment. Tell us what you are bringing and we will make sure the right bus is assigned.
