Who we are
Two kinds of work, one fleet
We are a Tallahassee bus company serving North Florida and South Georgia, and we offer two core services.
School transportation is our contracted work: daily route coverage for public districts, charter schools, and private schools, running to the bell schedule all term.
Charters and events are booked one trip at a time: field trips, athletics, weddings, corporate travel, and celebrations.
The standard
The same bar for a field trip and a school run
Every driver we put behind the wheel is licensed, DOT certified, and background-checked, with a clean driving record.
Every vehicle runs a fixed inspection and maintenance schedule and carries color-coded seat belts, air conditioning, and onboard DriveCam audio-visual recording.
There is no reduced version of that for a cheaper booking. The bus that takes a wedding party home at midnight is maintained to the same standard as the one that collects children at seven in the morning.
When it has mattered
On the short list when it counts
During Hurricane Michael we worked alongside FEMA to help move Florida residents who needed emergency aid. We are listed on the government's short list of reliable transportation providers in North Florida, which means we get the call when something has to happen quickly and correctly.
That work is a small share of what we do, but it is a fair test of an operator: whether the buses run and the drivers show up when the conditions are bad and the timeline is not negotiable.
Where we run
Based in Tallahassee, built for distance
Our base is Tallahassee. We run regularly to Panama City on the coast and up to Valdosta in South Georgia, covering the towns and counties in between as a matter of course.
Long-distance charters are quoted per trip, the motorcoach is built for distance, so the destination is rarely the constraint. See areas served for detail.
