Rates & Booking Terms
Every trip is quoted individually, group size, hours, distance, and date all move the number. Here is how pricing works and what the terms are before you book.
- Quoted per trip Price depends on the vehicle, the number of hours, the date, and the itinerary. Multi-hour discounts are available.
- Deposit holds the date A card deposit reserves your booking immediately, and is refundable up to a week before the rental.
- Mostly all-inclusive Rates include fuel and the driver. Anything extra is written into the contract before you sign it.

Each booking is priced on the nature of the event, the type of vehicle, the number of hours, the date and times, and any special requests. Multiple-hour discounts are available. All reservations require a deposit; a credit card deposit holds your reservation immediately.

Booking terms
Bus deposit. A deposit is required to make a reservation. It is refundable up until one week before the rental.
Gratuity. Rates include fuel and the driver's hourly fee. Gratuity is optional and entirely up to the client.
Bus capacity. Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract, doing so violates state law and our insurance terms.
Extra charges. Most packages are all-inclusive. Any additional service charges are set out in your contract. All quoted prices are 3% cash-discount prices; paying by credit card does not receive that discount.
Multiple stops. All stops must be arranged before the charter begins. Because of the size of the vehicles, drivers plot each route in advance, this is for the safety of passengers and vehicle alike. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.
Payment methods. Cash, bank transfer, and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Payment in full is required 48 hours before the rental begins.
Common questions
Why is there no price list?
Because the same bus costs different amounts depending on hours, distance, date, and itinerary. A published flat rate would be wrong for most bookings. Send us the details and you will have a real number rather than a range.
When is the deposit refundable?
Up until one week before the rental date.
Can we add a stop on the day?
Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion. Because of vehicle size, routes are plotted in advance, so arrange every stop before the charter begins.
When is the balance due?
Payment in full is required 48 hours before the rental starts.
