How do I reserve a bus?

How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and most major credit cards. Payment in full is required before the rental occurs. For more information about payment methods, visit our

(i) Payment in full will be returned if the rental is cancelled prior to 7 days of the rental.
(ii) A cancellation fee equal to half the price of the rental will be assessed if the rental is cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the rental start time.
(iii) A cancellation fee equal to the price of the total rental will be assessed if the rental is cancelled within 48 hours of rental start time.
Can I play my own music?
Yes, all buses have auxiliary cords and Apple lightning adapters for iPhone 7 phones and newer generations.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All Tomahawk buses are smoke-free.
Should I tip the driver?
Tipping is not required. However, tipping the driver is very much appreciated!
Who is responsible for damage?
The party occupying the bus when the damage occurred is responsible for all repairs.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, each bus has reliable and cold air conditioning.
Licensed and insured?
We are happy to share our insurance policy information with all potential customers.
